We all have some of those moments in life where we can recall every detail of the experience. Every sight, scent and sound remain alive in our memory. These intense experiences help us understand how to live in the moment. One of those moments for me is awakening in the early dawn hours years ago in Avebury, England, and looking out the window of the bed and breakfast I was staying in and being treated to an amazing view. The scene included a centuries old church, a beautiful garden and a peacock.
We have multiple opportunities each week for these experiences, we simply must be aware when they present themselves.
